We totally enjoyed staying here and had zero issues! The amenities were great, and the owners have done a phenomenal job updating the hotel, which we learned is a timeless staple in the area. The cafe, their offerings, and the pool were all great conveniences given the reasonable price we paid for our stay.

We had many guests coming in from out of town and check-in for everyone went flawlessly. The rooms were all remodeled and VERY clean. We had rented a small banquet room to use for a group dinner after our wedding and the employees had everything set up for us and they took care of clean up as well. Overall we had no complaints and everyone agreed we would return in the future!

I have stayed at the Glennstone many times, and it feels like home thanks to the great hospitality of the personnel, specifically Mary, who was serving lemonade and ready to assist our Fall Conference.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Not only did we get 5-star service at check-in, but our room was also set up superbly for the Romantic Getaway package. Thanks to the team and management for their care of this historic building.

This was our 6th time going to Glenstone Lodge! We go back for several reasons: a discount for past guests, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, proximity to the Gatlinburg Strip (so we can walk there and save on parking fees!), and affordable, friendly staff! We will be going back!

Spent a few days here for a hiking/tennis trip. Location is great for walking into town and convenient to tennis courts and trails. My room was larger than a typical hotel room. Plus it’s great to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room too. Friendly staff.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean when we arrived, and the cleaning crew did an amazing job. The Lodge location is wonderful - just outside of town to miss the crazy traffic and noise, but close enough to walk into town whenever we wanted. We will definitely be returning next year!

The indoor pool was great, and so was the staff. Great location. The restaurant on-site had great food and coffee. Rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable.

We had a conference for our group with about 100 people. The Glenstone group sales and group management people, Claudette and Sean, are the best to work with. They do everything possible to make our time fun, productive, and very cost-effective. Our group has held our Fall Conference at the Glenstone in Gatlinburg for at least the last 15 years. Great job once again.

The entire staff is exceptional. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the pool area is beautiful. I highly recommend Glenstone Lodge. We will definitely be staying there again in the near future.

The place is conveniently located, very clean, and very enjoyable. It is easy to go to all the good sites and hikes from the hotel by car, and we walked to the restaurants downtown. We loved our visit in Glenstone Lodge.

This is truly the ‘Hidden Gem of the Smokies.’ I have stayed there many times and would not consider staying anywhere else.

The room was kept clean, and the customer service was superb. The amenities were too numerous to name them all. Thanks for making us feel at home.

Very clean, awesome view, and close to the strip! It was a great experience, and we will definitely be coming back.
