Handicapped Facilities

The Glenstone Lodge has gone to great lengths to make certain that this property is accessible to the physically challenged guest. Parking by Handicapped Permit only designated parking spaces is provided for both cars and vans. Entryways are ramped for wheelchair accessibility. Specific rooms have been designed for handicapped use and are fully ADA compliant.

TDD services for the hearing impaired are available at no charge upon request and will be connected to the telephone system in your room for convenience and complete privacy during usage.

Local ground transportation is available from the Gatlinburg Trolley System with special wheel chair lift outfitted trolleys available upon request. Please check with our front desk for contact information.
